No Refund Policy

All payments made for our services are strictly non-refundable.

Once a member has completed the payment, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of decision after purchase
  • Partial or full non-usage of service
  • Business closure or personal reasons
  • Dissatisfaction after activation

Payment confirmation means full acceptance of this policy.


Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their yearly subscription at any time.

However, cancellation does not make the member eligible for any refund.

The service will remain active until the end of the paid validity period.


Service Interruption or Shutdown

In rare cases where the service is temporarily unavailable, interrupted, or shut down due to:

  • Technical issues
  • Maintenance
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, internet failures, or situations beyond our control)

However, affected members may request an extension of their service validity equivalent to the downtime period.


Validity Extension Policy

  • Validity extension is not automatic
  • Extension will be provided only after a formal request
  • Requests must be submitted within a reasonable time after the issue
  • Approval of extension is subject to verification and company discretion

Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance of services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, strikes, technical failures, or internet outages.

In such cases, the extension policy may apply, but refunds will not be issued.
